Mission
To deliver high-quality lawn care services across Brisbane while creating real opportunities for young people to gain skills, confidence, and meaningful employment.
Vision
To see lives and communities transformed through work and mentorship, where every young person is recognised for their strengths, talents, and potential to lead.
About Us
MowBroz Pastural Care Inc. is a Brisbane-based social enterprise with a dual purpose: excellent lawn mowing services and youth development. We believe that every young person has strengths worth building on. That’s why, alongside professional lawn care, we provide mentorship and on-the-job training for young people stepping into new futures.
Through consistent work, practical skills, and supportive relationships, these young people grow in confidence, character, and contribution — becoming valued employees, community members, and leaders. At the same time, our customers enjoy reliable, professional lawn services that make a real difference, not just to their homes but to the wider community.
MowBroz is certified by Social Traders as a Social Enterprise.
